Christina Hendricks, an American actor best known for her role as Joan Holloway on the period drama Mad Men by AMC (2007-2015) she is an incredibly well-known American. It was her role in Mad Men that earned Christina Hendricks six Emmy Awards for her performance in the Best Supporting Actress category. Through her 20-year career she also was recognized for her performance in comedy drama Another Period, a crime drama titled Tin Star. She played her first real character in Beggars and Choosers. Her role in Firefly which is a iconic film which was highly acclaimed by both audiences and critics alike, was followed. She was in 2010 voted the sexiest woman around the globe and was named the best-looking woman within America by Esquire magazine.
